Terms of Service

The rules, rights, billing terms, AI output limits, and content responsibilities that apply when using BizMuse AI.

Last updated: 2026-06-29

1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of BizMuse AI, including our website, AI Music Video Generator, AI music, video, and image tools, account features, upload workflow, generation workflow, preview and download features, paid plans, credits, APIs, and related services.

By accessing or using the service, creating an account, uploading or entering creative material, starting an AI task, purchasing credits, or subscribing to a plan, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

If you use the service for a company, agency, client, artist, label, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization and that "you" includes both you and that organization.

2. Service Description

BizMuse AI provides an online workspace for AI music video creation. Depending on the enabled models and account configuration, the service may help you upload or describe a song, create music, generate video scenes, generate or use reference images, prepare lyrics or prompts, review results, download outputs, and organize music video assets for a release workflow.

AI generation is probabilistic. Results may contain artifacts, inaccurate details, unexpected lyrics or sounds, visual inconsistency, motion errors, style drift, missing elements, unsafe or unsuitable content, or other quality issues. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing, selling, distributing, or relying on them.

Available models, media types, formats, durations, resolutions, queue speeds, file-size limits, credit costs, third-party providers, and processing times may change as the product evolves.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use paid features. You must provide accurate account information and keep it updated.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

You may not share accounts, create accounts to bypass limits, resell access without permission, or use another person's account without authorization. We may suspend or terminate accounts that appear inaccurate, abusive, compromised, or in violation of these Terms.

4. Your Content and Media

You retain ownership of music, lyrics, prompts, images, videos, audio files, names, brands, references, and other content you upload, enter, or provide ("User Content"). We do not claim ownership of your User Content.

By providing User Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, copy, transmit, process, transform, preview, store, and display the User Content and outputs only as needed to provide the service, operate the product, troubleshoot issues, prevent abuse, and comply with law.

You represent and warrant that:

  • You own or have all rights, licenses, permissions, and consents required to upload, enter, and process the User Content.
  • Your User Content does not violate privacy, publicity, intellectual property, confidentiality, contract, platform, employment, data protection, music publishing, recording, voice, likeness, or trademark rights.
  • You have obtained required consent from identifiable people whose voice, likeness, image, performance, or personal data appears in the content.
  • Your use of the service and outputs will comply with applicable law and platform rules.

We do not use your private uploaded media or private creative inputs to train AI or machine-learning models unless you give us separate explicit permission.

5. AI Outputs

Outputs are generated or transformed from your prompts, uploaded media, model choices, and other User Content through AI processing. Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we do not claim ownership of outputs that are substantially derived from your User Content.

You may use outputs for personal or commercial projects only if you have the required rights in your inputs and your use complies with these Terms, applicable model terms, and the rules of the platform or distribution channel where you publish. We do not clear music rights, lyrics rights, recording rights, performer rights, publicity rights, trademarks, brand rights, or third-party content for you.

You are responsible for determining whether outputs can be used for your intended purpose. We do not guarantee that outputs are unique, legally protectable, copyrightable, free from defects, free from third-party claims, commercially usable in every context, or accepted by any platform, marketplace, client, broadcaster, distributor, regulator, or court.

You must not represent AI-generated or AI-assisted content in a misleading way where disclosure is required by law, platform policy, client agreement, or professional standard.

6. Prohibited Content and Conduct

You may not upload, generate, process, distribute, or use the service for content or conduct that:

  • Violates any law or regulation.
  • Infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, contractual, confidentiality, voice, likeness, music publishing, recording, or trademark rights.
  • Contains child sexual abuse material, sexual exploitation, or content involving minors in a sexual context.
  • Contains non-consensual intimate imagery or privacy-invasive media.
  • Harasses, threatens, defames, deceives, exploits, or targets a person or group.
  • Creates or distributes deceptive synthetic media, impersonation, fraud, or harmful misinformation.
  • Uses a person's voice, likeness, identity, brand, or performance without required rights or consent.
  • Contains malware, spyware, credential theft, or other harmful code.
  • Attempts to bypass safety systems, rate limits, payment controls, usage quotas, moderation, or access restrictions.
  • Interferes with service integrity, scans or attacks systems, or reverse engineers the service except where law permits.
  • Resells, sublicenses, white-labels, or redistributes the service or API without written permission.

We may refuse, remove, limit, suspend, or report content or accounts that we reasonably believe violate these Terms, harm users, create legal risk, or threaten service security.

7. Credits, Subscriptions, and Billing

The service may be offered through free usage, subscriptions, one-time credit packs, promotional credits, or other paid plans. Credit costs may vary by model, media type, duration, resolution, file size, reference media, output format, queue priority, retries, and provider cost.

Credits are not money, have no cash value, are not transferable unless we allow it, and may be subject to expiration or plan rules shown at purchase. Subscription credits reset or expire according to the active billing cycle. One-time credit packs are separate top-ups and remain available until used unless the checkout page states a different rule.

Credits may be consumed when you submit a generation task. If a provider task fails or is canceled before completion and our system marks it as failed or canceled, the consumed task credits are reversed when technically possible. Credits are not automatically reversed for completed outputs, creative dissatisfaction, wrong prompts, wrong uploads, rights issues, platform rejection, or user error.

By purchasing a plan or credits, you authorize us and our payment providers to charge the payment method you provide. You are responsible for taxes, fees, and accurate billing information.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current paid period unless required by law or expressly stated at purchase.

8. Refunds and Failed Jobs

Because AI generation is a digital service delivered quickly and may consume third-party compute costs, purchases are generally non-refundable after credits, subscription benefits, or processing capacity have been used.

We may, at our discretion, provide a refund, credit adjustment, or retry if a verified technical failure caused by our systems prevents completion of a paid task. Failed or canceled generation tasks may also trigger automated credit reversal as described in Section 7. We do not guarantee refunds for change of mind, dislike of an AI result, entering the wrong prompt, uploading the wrong file, source material that cannot produce the desired result, platform rejection, insufficient rights, account misuse, or issues outside our reasonable control.

If a payment is reversed, disputed, charged back, or appears fraudulent, we may suspend access, revoke credits, cancel subscriptions, or provide records to payment processors.

9. API and Automation

If API access or automated workflows are available, you must use them only within documented limits and for authorized purposes. You may not overload the service, bypass quotas, hide abusive activity, or provide white-label access to third parties without written permission.

You are responsible for all usage through your API keys, integrations, and applications. We may rotate, rate-limit, suspend, or revoke API access for security, abuse prevention, non-payment, or product changes.

10. Intellectual Property

The service, website, software, models, workflows, designs, trademarks, logos, documentation, and underlying technology are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not transfer our intellectual property to you.

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the service for lawful personal or internal business purposes, subject to these Terms.

If you submit feedback, suggestions, bug reports, or ideas, you allow us to use them without restriction or compensation.

11. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information. By using the service, you acknowledge the Privacy Policy and understand that prompts, uploaded media, and generated assets may be processed by infrastructure, AI, storage, logging, analytics, and payment providers as needed to deliver the service.

12. Service Changes and Availability

We may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, including models, media types, presets, pricing, credit rules, file limits, output formats, APIs, or regions. We try to provide reasonable notice for material changes when practical.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, exact processing time, permanent storage, or compatibility with every browser, codec, file type, device, platform, release workflow, or creative use case.

13. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. You may request account deletion subject to retention required for legal, tax, security, billing, backup, or dispute-resolution purposes.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, misuse credits, create risk for the service or other users, submit illegal content, abuse support, or use the service in a way that creates legal, security, or operational risk.

After termination, your right to use the service ends. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership, payment obligations, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, dispute provisions, and records needed for compliance.

14. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AVAILABILITY, SECURITY, ACCURACY, AND ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

AI OUTPUTS MAY BE INACCURATE, INCOMPLETE, INCONSISTENT, ARTIFACTED, OR UNSUITABLE FOR YOUR INTENDED USE. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR REVIEWING OUTPUTS AND OBTAINING LEGAL, CREATIVE, CLIENT, PLATFORM, MUSIC, DISTRIBUTION, OR PROFESSIONAL APPROVALS WHERE NEEDED.

15. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, CONTENT, BUSINESS, GOODWILL, OR OPPORTUNITY.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATED TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM; OR (B) USD $100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some limitations may not apply to you.

16. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the service or outputs.
  • Your User Content.
  • Your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
  • Your infringement or violation of third-party rights.
  • Your use of the service for client, commercial, professional, distribution, music, advertising, or regulated work.

17. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of the service, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless local consumer law requires otherwise.

Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact us at support@bizmuse.ai and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days. If informal resolution fails, disputes will be resolved in the courts or arbitration forum available under applicable law and the governing service jurisdiction, unless mandatory law gives you another venue.

You and we each waive the right to participate in a class action to the maximum extent permitted by law.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will update the date on this page and provide additional notice where required. Continued use of the service after updated Terms take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
