Privacy Policy
How BizMuse AI handles account data, payments, uploads, prompts, songs, lyrics, generated assets, and AI music video tasks.
Last updated: 2026-06-29
1. Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how BizMuse AI ("BizMuse AI", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, shares, stores, and protects information when you visit our website, create an account, purchase credits or subscriptions, upload or enter creative material, and use our AI Music Video Generator and related AI music, video, image, and release-workflow tools.
By using the service, you acknowledge that you have read this policy. If you use the service on behalf of a company, agency, client, artist, label, or other organization, you are responsible for making sure you have authority to provide any uploaded content and related personal information.
This policy is written for an online AI music video workflow, not a local-only editor. Your prompts, uploaded songs, lyrics, images, videos, references, and generated outputs may need to move through infrastructure, storage, queue, payment, analytics, moderation, and AI processing systems to deliver the service.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information in the following categories.
Account information
When you create or manage an account, we may collect your name, email address, authentication provider identifiers, profile image, account preferences, language setting, and login activity. Passwords, when used, are stored in protected hashed form.
Creative inputs and task data
When you use BizMuse AI, you may provide song ideas, lyrics, prompts, style directions, mood references, release notes, images, audio files, video files, reference media, model selections, aspect ratios, duration choices, output settings, job metadata, preview assets, processing status, download links, share links, and generated output files. This information is necessary to run AI tasks, display results, manage credits, reverse failed-task credits when applicable, and troubleshoot failures.
You remain responsible for the legality of your inputs, including rights to music and lyrics, consent from identifiable people, rights to voices or likenesses, brand and trademark restrictions, client or employer rules, platform policies, and copyright owner requirements.
Payment and billing data
Payments are handled by third-party payment providers. We do not store full card numbers or full payment credentials on our servers. We may store payment status, provider customer IDs, order IDs, invoice references, subscription status, credit grants, refund status, tax-related records, and fraud-prevention signals.
Usage, device, and log data
We may collect IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referral URL, pages viewed, feature usage, job events, API request metadata, error logs, timestamps, session duration, approximate location derived from IP address, and security events.
Support and communications
If you contact us, open a support ticket, submit feedback, or report a problem, we may collect the content of your message, attachments you provide, contact details, and the history needed to resolve the request.
Cookies and local storage
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, protect against abuse, understand site performance, and improve the product. See Section 8 for more detail.
3. How We Use Information
We use information to:
- Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the AI music video service.
- Process prompts, uploaded media, generated music, generated video scenes, images, AI music video drafts, previews, downloads, and share links.
- Manage accounts, authentication, sessions, credits, subscriptions, invoices, and support.
- Detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, spam, security incidents, and policy violations.
- Measure product performance, diagnose errors, and improve reliability.
- Send transactional messages, including receipts, account notices, security alerts, and service updates.
- Respond to user requests, support tickets, deletion requests, and legal obligations.
- Enforce our Terms of Service and protect our rights, users, and infrastructure.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your private uploaded media or private creative inputs to train our own AI or machine-learning models unless we ask for and receive separate permission from you. Third-party AI providers may process submitted material to fulfill your request under their service terms and data-processing commitments.
4. Legal Bases for Processing
Where laws such as the GDPR require a legal basis, we rely on the following bases:
- Contract: to provide the service you requested, process AI tasks, manage credits, and handle billing.
- Legitimate interests: to secure the service, prevent abuse, improve reliability, analyze usage, and respond to support requests.
- Consent: where required for optional cookies, marketing communications, or any separate permission to use content beyond service delivery.
- Legal obligation: to keep transaction records, respond to lawful requests, and comply with tax, accounting, security, or regulatory requirements.
5. Uploaded Content and AI Outputs
Creative inputs and generated outputs are processed only to provide the requested AI music, video, image, music video, preview, storage, download, moderation, abuse prevention, and support workflow. Processing may involve our infrastructure and third-party AI, storage, hosting, queue, logging, analytics, and payment providers.
AI music video generation may require us or our providers to analyze timing, visual references, audio structure, lyrics, prompts, and output parameters so scenes can be generated and returned to your account. Generated outputs may not be unique to you, and similar prompts or source material may produce similar results for other users.
We aim to keep uploaded source files and generated outputs only as long as reasonably needed for processing, delivery, support, security, abuse prevention, and user access. Some systems may retain temporary cache, backup, log, or provider-side metadata for a limited period.
Do not upload or enter content containing sensitive personal information, confidential client material, private footage, minors, biometric identifiers, medical information, financial records, government IDs, non-consensual intimate content, or unauthorized voice or likeness material unless you have the legal right and operational permission to do so.
6. How We Share Information
We may share information with:
- Infrastructure providers that host the website, database, file storage, queues, logs, and processing systems.
- AI processing providers that help generate, transform, preview, or process music, video, image, and text inputs.
- Payment providers that process payments, invoices, taxes, subscriptions, refunds, and fraud checks.
- Analytics and monitoring providers that help us understand errors, performance, and product usage.
- Support and communication tools used to respond to user requests and service notices.
- Professional advisers such as legal, accounting, security, and compliance advisers.
- Authorities or third parties when required by law, legal process, safety obligations, fraud prevention, or rights enforcement.
- A successor entity if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or asset transfer.
We require service providers to process information only for authorized purposes, subject to appropriate confidentiality, security, and data-processing obligations where applicable.
7. Data Retention
Retention periods vary by data type and operational need:
- Uploaded source files and generated outputs are kept only as long as reasonably needed for processing, result delivery, troubleshooting, security review, and user access.
- Account data is kept while your account is active and for a limited period after deletion where needed for security, dispute resolution, backups, or legal compliance.
- Transaction, invoice, tax, and payment records may be retained for the period required by accounting, tax, fraud-prevention, and legal rules.
- Logs, analytics, and security records may be retained for a limited period, then deleted, aggregated, or anonymized.
- Support tickets may be retained while needed to resolve requests, maintain service history, and meet legal obligations.
When deletion is not immediately possible because of backups, security logs, legal holds, or required financial records, we limit further use and delete or anonymize the data when retention is no longer required.
8. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies for:
- Strictly necessary functions: authentication, session management, security, CSRF protection, rate limiting, and load balancing.
- Preferences: language, theme, and interface settings.
- Analytics: understanding traffic, conversion, errors, performance, and feature usage.
- Security and abuse prevention: detecting suspicious sessions, automated abuse, and repeated misuse.
- Marketing or attribution: measuring campaigns or referrals when enabled.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking necessary cookies may prevent login, checkout, upload, generation, sharing, or account features from working correctly. Some third-party providers may also offer their own opt-out controls.
9. Security
We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including encrypted transport, access controls, least-privilege practices, authentication controls, logging, and operational review. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure, using a safe device, and avoiding uploads or prompts that would create unacceptable privacy, confidentiality, or rights risk if processed by an online AI service.
If we become aware of a data breach that legally requires notice, we will notify affected users and regulators as required by applicable law.
10. International Transfers
We may process and store information in countries other than where you live. Data protection laws in those countries may differ from local laws in your jurisdiction. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as contractual protections, data-processing agreements, or other lawful transfer mechanisms.
11. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your location, you may have rights to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Delete certain personal information.
- Export or receive a copy of certain information.
- Object to or restrict certain processing.
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
- Opt out of certain marketing communications.
- File a complaint with a data protection authority.
To exercise rights, contact us at support@bizmuse.ai. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. Some requests may be limited by legal obligations, security needs, fraud prevention, or the rights of others.
12. California Privacy Notice
If you are a California resident, you may have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, access, delete, correct, and opt out of certain sharing. We do not sell personal information. We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of users under 16.
Categories of information we may collect include identifiers, account information, commercial information, internet or network activity, approximate location, uploaded content, prompts, generated assets, support communications, and inferences related to product usage. We use these categories for the business purposes described in this policy.
13. Children's Privacy
The service is not directed to children under 13, or a higher age where local law requires. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the service, contact us so we can take appropriate action.
14. Third-Party Links and Services
The service may link to third-party websites or integrate with third-party services such as authentication, payment, storage, analytics, or AI-processing providers. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. Review those policies before providing information to third parties.
15. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect product changes, legal requirements, operational practices, or security improvements. When changes are material, we will update the date on this page and provide additional notice where required.
Your continued use of the service after the updated policy becomes effective means you acknowledge the revised policy.
